This is off topic, but wasn't sure where else to ask.  I put the following 
supply from Amazon in one of my computers.
Bxp600-ps Pc Power Supply / 120 Mm Red Bearing Fan / ATX 2.2 / 115-230 V /

When I turned it on, s meter on the 990 went from s 2 to s 5. yech!!!  Can 
anyone recommend something in the 600 700 watt range that is quiet?
