Lately when I am listening to streams, I am getting intermittent blurbs of
other audio that I can't account for.  They are short and cut in and out.  I
am using Windows 8.1, and the latest version of Internet Explorer and Jaws.
Any thoughts as to how to get rid of this problem would be appreciated.
