Hi Alan!

Aha, now you see why I refer to my Iphone as my "sometimes phone" hi hi.

Try a soft reset holding the home and power buttons down simultaneously for
around 10 seconds. Then hold power for about 3 to 5 seconds, and wait a few
and Voiceover should come back. Everything should now be fine. Peculiar
things happen sometimes, and no one ever knows why.

Good luck.

73,
Dave
