Hi, Folks.  As you may know, I took and passed my general exam on 
March 28.  Since then, I haven't been able to determine whether the 
upgrade went through.  The last time I upgraded was in 1990 from 
novice to tech, and at that time, we didn't have the Internet.  You 
had to call gettysburg to get the status.  Now, with the Internet, 
it's supposed to be faster.  Wheres the best place to get the status 
of my upgrade?  Thanks in advance.--Matt, N1IBB/AG.
