Don,

I am not suggesting a electric steamer to do just vegetables, It also cooks
rice (which I don't eat), all kinds of meat, reheats foods, etc. I said
that I use it to make my life easier. This way I don't have to watch a pot
with a small amount of water in it for a period of time. I have boiled dry
many a pot doing that.

Second thing - someone posted that one should not use a toaster oven as it
makes bread carcinogenic, then what if a microwave changes food in some
minute way that we care unable to see or measure?

>>But what types of foods? Ones that today are forbidden fruits?

For me all types of foods. Anything cooked in a microwave makes me
extremely hungry.

>> and a George Foreman Grill. I use them almost every day.
>What type of grill is this? An outdoor thing or a countertop item?

Countertop. It does not barbecue, but basically has a heated surface on the
top and bottom so that the meat cooks on cooks on both sides of the meat and
it is slanted to allow the fat to drain off. It is found at Target, Bed and
Bath and some Walmarts. I use it as the meat cooks quickly and stays juicy.
Can also search on Internet for sites that sell it.

I will look in the archives. Thanks.

Christy
