Greetings from Co. Kildare, Ireland.
There must be plenty of Vit. C in meat, is there?
Remember the thousands of sailors who died from
scurvy because they weren't receiving sufficient C.
On the paleodiet if I just consume meat,(I'm trying to lose weight
so I'm doing what Ray said about pretending it's winter) will I not
run the risk of developing scurvy?
