first and most important of all, i would recommend getting and reading the
book. no book store in turkey probably carries it, but order it online.
no, you definitely CANNOT have beans or rice on a neanderthin way of eating.

no, not *all* carbs are no-nos. fruit is a carb, and that's ok. nuts have
carbs,and they're ok. you must avoid any and all grains.

No bread, NO grains.

yes, cooking it is ok, although some of the raw-foods people may disagree.
try to eat raw, though (fruits/vege) whenever you can.
