Jim,
Glad all is well, and you are high and dry. Or at least dry. I did
help in a flood cleanup in Harrisburg PA in the early '70's. Nothing
fun about seeing thousands of families putting pretty much everything
they own out on the curb for the front end loader to scoop up.
