Yes, I bought one a few months ago and found it pretty impossible 
to program manually.  It has limited speech output far as I can 
tell.  I loaned it to a blind friend who doesn't have any ham 
gear but haven't heard much from him since then either on, or off 
the air.  I don't think it's very accessible but others might 
have other more positive opinions about the rig.  Having said 
that, I do like the construction of the rig, it seems pretty
