Hi Carolyn!

If you've set up an FRN, there's no need to call them. Just go on line and
do what you need to do. 

The problem with a Windows 8 tutorial is that the chapters that are most
needed haven't been written yet because access is limited. If you can find a
Windows 7 tutorial, you'll learn what you can do in 8. The strategy I've
used for getting around in Windows 8 is by ignoring the fact that it's
Windows 8 that I'm in. Stuff is inaccessible will remain so, but the stuff
that is accessible will work as well regardless.
