An accessible antenna analyzer that doesn't break the bank would be a
nice thing to have around.

On the software side, a easy to set up and easy to operate digital mode
package would be well received. No tooling or R and D involved, just
someone with some programming skills and some time on his hands.

While some blind hams do digital mode work with varying degrees of
success, the question on how to do it is posted fairly often on this
list, but nobody ever seems to follow through on the info provided.

Perhaps the process of using existing software options seems a bit
daunting, so they don't go forward with it.

For it's time (Windows 95, 98) the old Digitalk self voicing PSK
software was usable. After all these years, someone ought to be
able to come up with something to work in the modern world. Most
hams just want to operate and not spend time tweaking existing software,
doing work arounds, or other things involved in the current offerings.
