My 24-year old daughter was diagnosed with Celiac when she was two, so I’m quite comfortable navigating my way through all the intricacies or gluten free living. At a recent barbecue, someone was telling me how she has to be careful about which sausages she eats, because of gluten in the sausage casing. I have to say that never, in over 20 years, have either I, or my daughter (who obviously now manages her own diet), come across a sausage off limits for this reason. Is this a legitimate thing?
Thank you...
