Yeah, I think that's the way it works. I kind of, sort of, semi
remember pulling the top cover off my TS-2000 for some reason many
years ago. I think I had to pull those side screws out, and the setup
seems similar to the 590.
Of course I think I remember my memory used to be a lot better. I think.
