Hi Joe!

Take a look at the faq at www.winsystem.org.

It looks like they're using IRLP philosophy, so besides the radio gear, you
need something capable of running Lynux, which can be as variable as
anything. Seems there's no end of options to play with, much as the plethora
of social networks out there vyint for attention, money or both, hi hi.
