Hi all.  This will be a matter of your opinion.  The FCC has a regulation on hams keeping their ham mailing address current.  For if you receive a piece of maill from the FCC and it gets returned to them, your license is automaticly suspended.  Do you think that this would be the same with phone numbers?  Why I ask is,  I deliver a piece of traffic to a party and it is a new license but when I call the given phone number it is disconnected.  The persons call sign is only about 2 to 3 weeks old.
