Hi Kelly, hold down the function key, on the side of the radio, and the D
key on the key pad and turn the radio on, this will reset the HTX202,
even if the internal battery is shot, of course, if you don't leave the
radio on, with external power applied, you will have to do this every
time you turn it on!
