As I recall I got the same meter, later on the NFB store website from 
Bestbuy in Canada.  That's long ago so this may well be worthless.  I 
don't recall there being an easy way to get this meter.  Long ago 
Radio Shack sold a talking multimeter, which I still have one 
of.  They may show up on the sell websites.
