Hi Phil,
The following instructions assume you have the Blind Hams list address
in your address book. If you need assistance as to how to do this,
request and I shall describe those steps.
Using Outlook Express, do the following.
1. From the Outlook Express main window, open the address book using
the keystroke control + Shift + B.
2. Highlight the address of this list.
3. Press the context key to bring up that menu.
4. Choose properties.
5. By default, you are place in the summary tab of the properties
dialogue sheet.
6. Press shift + tab to highlight the control tab list.
7. Press the right arrow key to highlight the name tab.
8. tab quite a number of times (I believe it's 13 times) until you
highlight a check box that says: 'send using plain text only. and press
space bar on it to check it.
9. tab to the OK button and press space bar.
Now when you send messages to the list, it will come in plain text only
and you will see no odd characters.
