                hi,
    [
I received a bearcat ubc125xlt handheld scanner from my wife for Christmas.

On the face of it, using the radio looks a bit challenging from an accessibility point of view.

I've got as far as being able to directly enter a frequency via the keypad, but haven't found a way to access the memories or scan a specified frequency range.

I wonder has anyone had experience using one of these, and could kindly give me a few pointers on how to access the basic functions to get me started.

Thanks, and best 73,

Tim
