Hi Phil,

Yes, Jesus is taking care of Barney, and all the dogs you have had.

I still remember our cat, Midnight we had when I was growing up.

I was sitting on the ground in the drive way, when the Humaine 
Society came to pick him up. I was so sad, but Midnight is with Jesus 
now, just like our family dogs Sally, Foogie, and Toby.
