Rather than mess around with parchment paper, I tried using non-stick foil and it works great - whatever vegetables you want - slice of lemon or squeeze of juice - seasoning - drizzle of oil and wine if you want - crimp it up like they do on Food TV and bake at about 400 until done. So easy and no cleanup, plus it's healthy.
