i recall reading about one from Oregon Scientific. It does involve using a 
PC, but I have heard of blind people using it with JAWS.

Matt, I kind of wanted to do that as well but never called anyone
about it.  Below are two numbers or places you might try.  Have
no idea how accessible they would be because they seemingly need
to be interfaced with a computer and if the output is totally
graphical, then you are probably out of luck.  But let us know

Hi, Folks.  I'm looking to get a weather station and possibly
