Hi Ray,
The Motorola XPR5550 has speech. The down side is that the radio is fairly
expensive, and the software costs quite a bit also.

I'm doing ok with my Tyt MD380, which I got for around $170. The software is
reasonably accessible and its free.

	Even if it is free under Windows, Windows isn't free. At least NVBA
is gradually becoming an alternative Windows screen reader but if you want
best results, get out the money shovel and hope your end result was worth
the expense when you finally start trying to use it.

	In all fairness, MACOSX is not free either, but the screen reader is
part of the OS and is upgraded along with it so you don't spend any more
than a sighted Mac user doing the same things.
