Mike,

Nice you could hear me via the online RX from UK.  I ran about 4 1/2 
hours on 7.196, just calling CQ and chatting.   Some were 30 second 
QSO's and some for 15 minutes.  Worked about 50 total.   Got a few calls 
from DX, which is always fun.

I hope to play in the WPX CW next weekend, but  if you get on 40 SSB, 
post it and depending on what is  going on, maybe I can swing by and say 
  hello.

Did the same thing last Friday night on 40 and got  a call from Nova 
Scotia, and he was very copyable.
