Hi Mike:
If you do allot of traveling then I'd recommend the Mac book pro, with 
either a
13-15 inch display if you use large print. If not then a 20 inch iMac will 
be
just fine and both come with fully functional screen readers right out of 
the
box. Also you can duel boot and keep your window programs that work.
At last check the iMac was starting at 1299 up here in NL Canada.
