There are 2 versions of the software. Regular (US and Canada) and a DX
version. Did you possibly download the DX version?

When I generated my contest log file for submission,=20 I can't seem to
change my valid location and it automatically gets set = to DX according to
the contest robot.=20 Anyone encounter this issue and how do you change
it?=20 I've put in my province, then my country and both but it stills comes
= back with the error.=20
