It seems lately the DX pileups have just been getting out of hand. Now
there's some DX station on 14.045, and he has a pileup about 10 khz wide,
which includes of course the W1AW service. It seems to me the DX community
needs to have some sort of gentleman's agreement, at least on cw, to keep
the pileups to 2 khz wide or so. They shouldn't be taking up as much of the
band as they do. Also, they should stick lower in the band to avoid
interfering with W1AW at least.
