Hi I am looking for a manual for the Baofeng UV82X a two meter, 220 MHZ HT.
Any leads where to get one would be much appreciated. Have already checked
out I can Work This Thing and Handiham.org and couldn't find a manual for
this particular radio. 73, Jim WA6EKS

I have mine set like this:

menu79 =201

This is for pf key A which is to the left of the power button. Set
this way it will give S meter in receive and power output in transmit.

menu 80 = 202

  This is for pf key B which is the right key of the 2 keys above the
keypad. This will do nothing in receive, but will give swr, alc, or
compression levels
while in transmit. Which one is spoken is set by hitting the
drv/meter key just to the left of this pf B key. It willtoggle between
the various meter
functions. Don't give it a long press, or you will enable the drive
function.

If you set up this way, you would need to hit enter twice to get the
frequency readout. And TX monitor must be turned off, or no speech in
any of the above.
