When I was fixing computers for money, I still do but business is dead, but 
anyway, when things were going strong I loved dell. I had more of their 
machines to fix than any other and still do when I have one come my way to 
fix. As far as using them, I never had any good thing to say about them and 
the one or 2 times I had to call tech support with a question on something 
they were as useless as AOL tech support used to be. I'd be on a step so far 
and beyond their script it wasn't even funny and "I already did that" was 
not an acceptable answer. After 2 calls I never bothered trying again.
