Well, I am trying to use my netbook as a shack computer.
When I run the virtual comport software nothing happens.
It says it is successful and you may now connect your radio, but when I look
in device manager, I see only two bluetooth comports.
When I uninstall them and run the software no virtual com port.
When I reboot the computer, the bluetooth comports are back, but no virtual
comport.
I tried it with the radio disconnected like it says, I tried with the radio
connected like it doesn't says.
I am beginning to wonder if since this little netbook only has two USB
ports, maybe it can't be done?
Maybe it has to be done with out a usb keyboard pluged in to the netbook?
Any ideas are appreciated.
By the way, this arcp590 software looks like it is fully usable so far.
I have no idea about the remote software, we are a long way from there.
I can't naturally get n3fjp to get the band and mode data from the radio.
