The best TMV-71 manual I've found is on the web at
http://www.aerialview.com/drumon/docs/TM-V71A_Instruction_Manual.html. The
table of contents is a level 1 heading, and you'll find a Front Panel Text
description in the toc.

Gayle:

Our fellow list member Steve Dresser (WA1RTB) has prepared an excellent
audio tutorial for the TMV71A.

If someone else on the list hasn't sent it to you already, I'll send you the
file if you can give me a good e-mail address to use.
