Not even close, at least not for the 480. The cable going from the control
head to the radio is an RJ-12, which contains control lines as well as
whatever lines the control head needs for power (which the control head gets
from the radio itself). The radio connects to the power supply via a Molex
connector. The 200-watt version of the 480 has two Molex connectors, each
of which must be hooked up to a 12-volt DC supply. I understand that the
same supply can be used for both cables, but both cables must be connected
to a 12-volt DC source.
