don't buy the kenwood programming cable though, go buy the baofeng or wouxun
programming cable for 6 bucks on ebay...it's the same thing.

Subject: Accessibility of Kenwood TH-F6A HT

Hi!

Generally, I am wondering about how accessible this HT is? Does anyone have
some experience they can share? What about PC software which may be used to
program it; and which is accessible, of course? Does this HT have DTMF
functionality for use with EchoLink (and other types) nodes?
