Hi,

See the email string below. Sometime ago, there was some talk on the list
about the lack of access to this magazine. I wonder if it is feasible,
worthwhile and desirable to see if a push can be made to the ARRL to produce
an accessible version of QST?

Dear Richard,

I'm sorry but we do not have a digital version that can be accessed by
screen readers.

We have not been told that such a version is currently being research.

Thank you,

Subject: "Accessible" Version of QST

Hi!

I am a member of ARRL. Because I am blind, I am wondering if an
"accessible" version of QST is available? "Accessible" means that the
digital version is able to be read by assistive computer applications, like
screen readers. Presently, the digital edition of QST is wholly
inaccessible by all blind ARRL members (and many other members with other
disabilities).

If no accessible version of QST is currently available, I wonder if there
are any actions presently in progress to make this so.

Kindly & 73,

Richard KK6MRH
