What will and what will not be shipped via Prime has everything to do with who is shipping and absolutely nothing to do with the thing being a radio.
If Amazon is shipping for itself or on behalf of another seller, i.e. seller keeps their inventory with Amazon, that item is Prime eligible. If not, it isn’t.
