Hello Bob, thanks for writing to Fred in an amicable fashion.  I knew that
he would help us, but only if we approach him in a friendly way.  I hope
that I don't hear back from Fred indicating that someone wrote to him in a
nasty manner.  I have known many blind individuals who thought that they
could get more out of someone by being nasty or pushy.
