tried sending a question to their info address (as well as the owners address).
the response I got back was terse and obtuse.
Basically, citing security concerns about hackers, etc., he was not going to change anything about the site. Basically he was talking about the database and never addressed the issues with the web interface (which has little to do with the database).
basically, he will not change it or offer much in the way of useful help.
too bad, I always thought of him as a respectable ham on the air.
