Lloyd,
OK, that makes sense. I finally got my hex beam up in the air Thursday and
wanted to see if you all could hear me better. It seems to be working OK. I
picked up four new countries since Thursday.
Catch you next week.

I am here, but we have a Virginia station right on 258 in the Rookie
Roundup. After a few minutes I decided it is better to leave the net off the
band and wait until next week. I think it is better to leave these new
operators some room; we don't need to do things to discourage them. Hope
this is all right with everybody. I can't really copy KK4ZDK, so any
transmissions I make will only cause more QRM and confusion.

Can't hear anyone in NJ. Did you all move for the contest or is there no net
today?
