No, but I have seen 3 prong outlets with 3 sockets on them.  Christmas tree
configuration with 3 prongs.
Short 3 prong extention cords will work to.
Any hardware store has them.

At the Ham Fest yesterday, I bought a 4 foot long power strip, with twelve
outlets spaced 4 inches apart.
Plenty of room for wall worts and plugs.
