Bob, I found this,

There's a table of contents there, and it does display the text in the web 
browser if you select an item from the TOC.

I have checked the usual sources -- HANDIHAMS, ICANWORKTHISTHING.COM,
ACTIVE-ELEMENTS.ORG.  There certainly are a number items out there these
days but this one seems to be hiding.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
