Apologizes if this has already been answered.  I did not see an answer
while reading this AM.  This is how I send an e-mail to a Verizon
phone.

I send the message to "[log in to unmask]" leaving the subject line
blank and the message in the message body.  Responses are then
received in my e-mail.
