Hi John!
Depends on what kind of streaming audio you want to record. If you're
looking to record, Echolink QSOs, the capability is built in, so nothing
else is needed.
I use Studio Recorder to record radio streams, but that's just because I
accept the fact that accessibility is worth paying for to be done right. The
free trial of Goldwave will do as good a job if you don't mind the hastles.
Call Burner is a good option if you need to record Skype calls.
