Oh, I know, Steve.

Configuring AC log to work with packet spotting can't be that difficult. ...
It's just one of those things I have to take the time to do.

It's just that things are so busy right now that most of my time is really
not my own.

In fact, I just got home from work, and am using the half hour I have here
to check 10 meters for W1AW/KH8 again, before heading off to an evening
dinner commitment.

It's just a very busy time of year here both with regard to the job, and
other things.

Nothing heard from Samoa at least so far.

Tom,

For what it's worth, I installed the trial version of AC log a few weeks
ago to see if I might want to go that way for general logging. I'm no
genius, but in 10 minutes I had rig control, cw keying, and packet spotting
working (with JAWS).

I haven't done much with the program, but hope to play around before the
trial period runs out. As of right now, I still like the way the packet
stuff is displayed in Writelog, and prefer the packet voice in XMlog to
what I've seen in AC log, but I still have some experimenting to do.
