No I don't consider myself smarter, I had the people in the class to 
help me, the handiham lectures, and when it wasn't exactly clear, memorization.
If you keep trying, you will get there.  I am sure lots including 
myself will help.
We all start out with a want to accomplish things, and we have to keep going.
Don't give up on your dreams.
