Hi,

I should mention two  more things positive about the Wouxun UV8D. It has 
true dual receive and it won't switch bands in the middle of a qso like 
the Baofeng does if you have the sudo dual receive mode turned on.  The 
Wouxun will also function as a crossband repeater.
