Steve, that sounds totally bogus to me.  If you were going to be banned from
contests, you wouldn't receive notice on a post card.  Personally, I'd toss
it in the circular file.

Got a postcard in the mail with no call or return address.  Postmarked 
Richmond VA, and a sticker on the rear printed thus:

you're now blacklisted in tests. Removed your call from super/partial 
check. Sorry.

I thought they stopped blacklisting people in the '50's.  Guess I'll 
never work in Hollywood again.
