On the victor reader stream, brf files go in the $vrtext folder.  If you 
have the second generation stream, you may download them like downloading a 
NLS book and the stream will unzip them for you and you are ready to start 
reading them.

Yep, I think it is, but I don't have a braille display, and since I'm
fat and lazy, would rather listen to it anyhow.
