Hi Donna and Everyone,

Thanks so much for praying.

Well, to be honest, it was not my intent to get her in trouble.

I'm just worried about what will happen. It's 2 people who should be 
in trouble the person who called me, and the person who gave her our 
home phone number, by getting into either Vernon's medical records or 
my medical records.

Our home phone number is not even listed in the phone book.

I just don't understand why this happened, as the business number is 
in the phone book under Feruson Technologies, Inc.

She never even apologized.

When she came here with her laptop,  she acted like we should have 
covered the warranty, but it was out of warranty, and we don't do 
warranty on laptops, unless they purchase it from us, and she didn't 
buy it from us. She was giving Vernon the date of the purchase but we 
told her we did not need that information.

She even lied to us and said she didn't drop the laptop, when in fact 
there is no way that screen would have broke, unless it was dropped 
or hit on something.

I'm worried about how she will treat us when we need medication from 
that drug store and it's the only one in town.
