Thanks so much for writing, Sandy.
Thanks to all of you for praying for me. <smile>
This morning, we went out for a nice breakfast. I had an omlet with
hash browns and 2 cups of coffee.
We came back here, and I visited with the volunteer who was staying
here. Her name is Judy. Her and I had coffee together and visited.
Then, my loving Vernon started the Mobility lessons. lol.
He would have made a great instructor. He's always been good at
teaching me mobility.
I can go out the front door and down the steps and out to the
driveway to get on the Shuttle
Oh we went to Wal-mart after breakfast. I got some veggies in a bag,
sliced apples in a bag, cubes of cheese in a bag, and some really
delicious meditranian peta crackers. They are really delicious.
I had my first radiation treatment this afternoon, and it went very well.
I am here by myself right now, but that's okay. I'll just keep
talking to Jesus. I love talking to Him outloud.
I'm doing great.
I had some chips and cheese for supper tonight, and some water.
I got to ask Vernon which is the green tea. lol.
There's a nice lady staying here and her daughter and the older lady
is having chemo for 3 days. They offered to get me something at Ruby
Tuesdays, but I told her, no thank you.
They even offered to get me anything at a grocery store if I wanted
something. I thought that was sweet.
I've met several Christians, and I even prayed for the Technitions
before they started my treatment. They even agreed with me in prayer.
It's horribly windy here right now. I'm glad I'm inside.
I got disoriented once, but I found my room. lol..
Keep the emails coming. lol.
I'm so happy we got wifi here in my room.
