For Pamela's birthday in March, we had the following (we are gluten free
too): tofu cheesecake made with a nut crust (and with melted chocolate
chips on top) and homemade fruit sorbet. I got the cheesecake recipe from
this group and the nut crust and fruit sorbet recipes from Marjorie
Hurt-Jones "The Yeast Connection Cookbook"...yum, yum!
